Terms
By using Time & Space (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. They are written to be readable, not bulletproof — please contact us if anything is unclear.
What we provide
An Android application, an end-to-end-encrypted relay, and the surrounding tools that make them work together. The Service is currently in early access; features may change, break, or be removed.
What you provide
- Truthful information when signing up.
- Care with shared content — once a one-shot summary is sent to a non-app channel like WhatsApp, it lives in the recipient's history beyond our control.
- Compliance with the laws and norms of where you use the Service.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to harass, defraud, or surveil another person. The notification-listener permission is for capturing your own context, not someone else's.
Sharing and consent
Audiences you create are your responsibility. Adding someone to an audience means they will receive shares to that audience and may continue to hold cached copies of those shares after removal. We surface this in the app when you remove a member.
Service availability
We aim for uptime but do not guarantee it. Because data lives on your device, the Service degrades gracefully: if the relay is unavailable, capture and on-device intelligence keep working; outbound sharing pauses until reconnection.
Termination
You can stop using the Service any time by uninstalling. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice when feasible.
Liability
We provide the Service “as is.” Don't rely on it as the sole keeper of safety-critical information.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in-app and on this page.
